The driver guide will be available to give helpful shopping tips and directions to the shops recommended and approved by Tijuana’s Merchants Association for quality merchandise. American currency is accepted and English is spoken by most merchants. Visitors may purchase up to $800. of merchandise duty free and one liter of alcohol per person.

While being our guest you will have the advantage of being in the heart of Tijuana, through our location at the Tijuana Tourist Terminal. Located between 6th and 7th on Avenida Revolucion, the Tijuana Tourist Terminal is a convenient spot for leaving packages, stopping for a rest or that last minute shopping before returning home to San Diego.

Please provide both the hotel name and hotel address on the order form. Without the hotel address there too many Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Days Inn, Etc. in San Diego to locate you. The hotel addrees is importat so we pick you up from the correct hotel. Thanks. If your hotel is not on the list or you are not staying at a hotel we can pick you up at a hotel closest to your location.

If you can not provide the hotel name and address on the order form you will have to call the tour operator 24-48 hours prior to you tour departure to confirm a hotel location and pick up time. The Tour operator phone number will be on your tour confirmation email.

Visitors to Mexico

Photo I.D and proof of citizenship (certificate or naturalization certificate) is required, for re-entry to the United States. A passport is highly recommended. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate.

Non-U.S. Citizens — A passport, I-94 card or resident alien card is required. Due to heightened security at the border, additional paperwork is required from visitors from some countries. This only applies to a very few countries. Please be aware of the status of your country or origin or check with the local immigration office to ensure that multiple-entry into the U.S. is allowed. This will avoid unnecessary delays. Should any person be detained upon re-entry to the U.S., Gray Line will be unable to wait while the additional paperwork is filed.  Additional charges may apply for transportation

Visitors may purchase up to $400 in merchandise duty free and 1 bottle of alcohol per person 21 years of age.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher

This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12- 24 hours subject to availability.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available.

Recommended for all tours in San Diego: Comfortable shoes, hats, visors and sunglasses.

Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions.
