PLEASE NOTE:

• Segway Tour is Not Recommended for anyone over the age of 70 years. Pregnant women will not be allowed to participate in Segway Tour for saftey reasons. Riders are responsible for all damage to equipment and will be required to pay damage fees as assessed by a company manager.  

RIDERS MUST:

• Be age 12 and older and weigh between 100 - 260lbs (45 to 115 kilos). Riders 12 - 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All Riders will be required to sign a waiver of liability. Riders 12 - 17yrs must have parent or guardian sign consent form.

• Complete the Segway rider training and test ride. Wear the helmet and any safety gear that is provided with the tour. Respect road signs, pedestrians, bikes and cars for a safe enjoyable ride. Flip-flops, open-toe sandals, or high heels are not to be worn for this tour.

• Be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail. Riders will be standing for the entire length of the tour while on the Segway.

COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:

Change the size or routing of the tour to meet demands for that specific day. Tours run fog, light rain or shine. Company suggests bringing dressing appropriately for weather condtions. Segways are designed to run in any weather. Routes may vary dependent on participants interests, time available and street openings.

Cancel any tour due to weather or other unforseen circumstances. A full refund will be available if company cancels the tour.

Refuse participation to anyone who, in the opinion of a company representative, is incapable or unable to safely ride a segway.

NOTE: Local company phone number(s), email address, tour start address infomation along with detailed instructions will be provided on your confirmation voucher. The voucher also includes driving directions public transit information and parking locations.

 

Payment:

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 48 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.

Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses. Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions. Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
